About the Bootcamp

 

Result: Get fit with the latest in modern training! Your completion in this program will result in weight loss, improved muscle strength/endurance & cardiovascular system improvement. The bootcamp is very challenging but modifiable for all levels. 

 

BOOTCAMP Program

 
Tuesday 7:30PM Charles Pier - Cross-Fit (60 min)
The CROSS-Fit class is a total body workout consisting of different excercise stations with a focus on building a lean body, improve your stamina, balance, flexibility and building a rock-solid core and legs. Trx, Pilates balls, resistant bands are some of the things we use to get you into the best shape of your life.
 
Thursday 7:30 PM Charles Pier - Cross-Box (60 min)
The CROSS-BOX class is a total body workout and it consists of 30 minutes of boxing and 30 minutes of cross-fit. This high intensity workout will help you increase your muscular endurance, boost your stamina, improve your balance and flexibility and help you build a rock-solid core. This class is for people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors)

 

Sunday 11:30AM Charles Pier -  Body Conditioning (60 min)

Combing plyometric and static hold drills, this high intensity workout will boost your stamina, balance & strength. Emphasis is placed on body weight resistance & high reps; your heart will be pumping & every muscle engaging. 
 
 
About the trainer Ali
Ali Farahani (the Swede) founded Swedish Challenge and comes from a background and plays multiple sports competatively (Ice-Hockey, Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Skii among others). He is a Tier 1 personal trainer at the Equinox Greenwhich Avenue.

*If it rain the class will be inside at the Gotham Gym in West Village located at Washington Street and Morton Street.

*Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel you need to do it 1 week prior to the start date of the bootcamp. If you cancel in time you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less then 1 week before the start date of the bootcamp you will not recieve any refund.  

* If the BOOTCAMP do not reach at least 15 people or more the BOOTCAMP will be canceled 2 days before and the people that already purchase their tickets will be fully refunded.
